We drove in on business and needed to set our laptops up. And this was a drive thru only. The 3 Girl Team were very kind & directed us to the larger Starbucks a few miles from them. They gave us great directions and were beyond pleasant. Starbucks is good to have them.
Just went and paid $18 for 2 drinks and they taste like nothing but water, not to mention when I asked a simple question I was told to read the sticker!
A very disappointing experience occurred at this location regarding the refill policy. After parking on-site and finishing a drink, a pastry was ordered and a refill was requested, but the request was flatly declined. The barista was not polite and seemed completely unfamiliar with the standard policy for customers remaining on the premises. It is frustrating to be a paying customer parked at the store only to be treated as if the refill rules do not apply. Between the misinformation and the poor attitude, the visit was highly unpleasant. Skipping this location is recommended if standard service and policy consistency are expected.
